Projects
I have worked on a multitude of projects throughout college and beyond in my spare time. I find some of the most useful time in my day when I have the ability to chase after my own goals and explore new areas in game development. Not all of my projects are listed with every minutia but if you’d like a deeper description please contact me.
- Usability Testing: This project was about developing an approachable usability schema written in a way that people who aren’t versed in usability theory can utilize it to test their games.
- Online Collaboration: I wrote this after doing some research on teamwork and team management. Some tactics are great to use in both team and online situations.
- Atropos: Real life immersion combined with computer gaming. This project was developed in a more “arcade” style with one other developer Zach Barth; an extremely intelligent man.
- The RPI Game Development Club: I was the first elected president of the Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute IGDA Game Development Club.
- Game Metrics: There is a lot of different benefits to this value-add system with the proper implementation and I have detailed a few of the systems and how to work it into your games and tools.
- Research Compilation: A collection of other essays gathered into one place for reference.
- Tools Compilation: A list of freeware / for pay tools I collect.
